we thank thee Lord.
For it is You who has sent the
gentle rains upon the earth;
You have made the sun to shine,
made the crops to grow.
It is You who has given man the
strength to plant, to rake,
to bend and to reach
and take the fruits of these
labors home,
so they may be enjoyed
and consumed
at the table.
For You are our Source,
our Life,
our Joy,
our Hope;
and You provide all things
abundantly that we may
partake and
give You glory.
